Normally, a number of concepts are dropped in an innovation project. Now that's no longer the case! We have tested all the concepts, and they all help T-Mobile so effectively in boosting customer experience and improving the churn rate that we have decided to broadly implement all concepts from the pilot live! T-Mobile is on a mission to structurally eliminate customer frustrations from its customers in a way that is innovative and strongly responds to the emotional customer experience."
