The Realizing Impact with CX Masterclass program has been developed especially for Customer Experience or Marketing professionals, as well as for participants who have previously attended the Customer Journey Masterclass.
During this masterclass, participants gain a fundamental understanding of how to get your organization moving and how they can implement one or more 9+ Ways of Working. A 9+ Way of Working is a way of working of an organization that is recognizable for the customer and that provides the customer with a 9+ experience. The organization is able to deliver this experience time and time again and across all processes and is able to keep it authentic and constantly innovative in order to continue to exceed customer expectations.
Customer Experience Management is an enormously broad field of expertise, which includes the disciplines of Service Design and Service Blueprint. That is why Altuïtion works with various specialists who deal with the problems, challenges, and opportunities that the field brings with it on a daily basis. All of them are inspiring professionals who know what the omni-channel CX world looks like today and what today's professional can benefit from. Participants receive the publication Basisboek Customer Journey, een introductie in het vakgebied (the Customer Journey: An introduction to the profession).
The ‘Implementing CX with impact’ Masterclass consists of four modules and a final assignment.
